Working with the Chorizo Lab team as part of the #MyStongerFuture programme and the specially designed hackathon for our operations managers exceeded our expectations. It wasn't just about building a working app prototype — it was about developing the key competencies that will be essential in the future: adaptability, resilience, the ability to overcome obstacles, and above all, effective use of AI.

We worked with Chorizo Lab on tool selection and the subsequent design and implementation of a finance BI solution in Airtable. We had been using large Excel spreadsheets that had become unmanageable — data was updated manually, errors crept in, reports weren't automated, and it was hard to quickly answer specific financial questions. Chorizo Lab helped us evaluate Airtable as the right tool: flexible, familiar to Excel users, and capable of advanced automation and customisation.

We've been working with Chorizo Lab on automating our processes for a long time now. We systematically automated the issuing of accounting documents and invoice generation, which significantly improved our accounting department. They also helped us automate marketing email campaigns and connect them to our CRM, helping us generate new leads and acquire customers.

Thanks to our work with Chorizo Lab, our business processes are significantly faster, simpler, and above all better. The result is not only huge time savings for our sales team, but also higher customer satisfaction — clients appreciate the speed and being perfectly informed at every step. Deploying AI to handle back-office email processing has made our work a lot easier. Everything runs faster, more efficiently, and at a lower cost than before. Routine tasks are handled by the system, so we have more room for complex work that actually requires thinking. The implementation process went smoothly and quickly.
