What data we process
We only process data you provide to us, or data generated when you visit the website:
- Contact form — name, email, message. Used solely to respond to your enquiry.
- Google Analytics — anonymised traffic data (pages, traffic source, device type). Data is only collected with your consent.
Legal basis for processing
- Contact form — legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry)
- Google Analytics — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
How long we retain data
Contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, up to a maximum of 1 year. Analytics data in Google Analytics is retained according to the service settings (typically 14 months).
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data
- rectify inaccurate data
- erasure of data ("right to be forgotten")
- data portability
- withdraw consent to processing (at any time, without affecting prior processing)
- lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz)

Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors. These cookies are only set after your consent via the banner on the website. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by clearing cookies in your browser settings.
