We typically do these audits through a combination of in-person workshops and online calls. The result is a concrete roadmap of steps that will deliver the best ROI for your business. Sprints that keep moving
We most often work in two-week sprints. Every two weeks we call together, show the work done, and plan the next sprint. During the sprint we communicate regularly to make the solution as good as possible. This way you always know the project status. And we plan better too.
If sprints don't suit you, there's nothing simpler than agreeing on an alternative approach — like a project-based one.
