The e-shop gained such a competitive edge it refuses to reveal its name
Problem
The client sells 14,000+ product variants in fashion e-commerce and holds no stock — every order must be immediately re-ordered from the supplier. Supplier prices change up to 3× a day, adding new variants was manual, and so was creating orders in the supplier's system. As a one-man show, he simply didn't have the capacity to handle that volume of manual work.
What we did
We built an automation with 6 workflow modules. The first pulls current prices daily via the supplier API and syncs them across all 14,000+ variants in the e-shop. The second scans the supplier catalogue, compares it against the current offer, and either auto-creates missing variants — or sends the owner a Discord notification about a brand-new product so he can decide whether to list it. The third workflow catches incoming orders, waits for payment, and immediately submits them to the supplier system with all address details.
Result
The client now offers more products with continuously up-to-date prices — making him consistently cheaper than competitors who update prices manually and infrequently. The automation saves him over 65 hours of manual work per month. Investment paid back in 2 months, ROI 500%.
