Problem
The team had to manually trawl through thousands of email notifications from insurance companies and investment firms, track down every change, and match it to a contract number in their internal system. Over weekends and holidays the work piled up — and response times grew.
What we did
We built an automated agent that reads incoming emails on its own, recognises key data from dozens of different institutions, and matches it to the internal database in real time. Only the most complex cases go to the human team — the system handles everything else.
Result
Direct savings of CZK 600,000 per year. The workload of three people is now handled by one. The system runs 24/7 — new records appear in the database every 5 minutes, even on Christmas Day. Broker Trust can grow without hiring more admin staff.
