Ředitel Honza měl k dispozici jen měsíční výsledovky od účetní. Jednou ročně se zavřel v kanceláři na několik dní, zadával vše do Excelu a teprve pak zjistil, jak na tom firma doopravdy je. Cashflow byl blackbox — nikdo nevěděl, kdy přijdou peníze od korporátních klientů se 90denní splatností, co je v pipeline a kde hrozí výpadek. CEO Honza only had monthly P&L reports from his accountant. Once a year he'd lock himself in the office for several days, enter everything into Excel, and only then find out how the company was really doing. Cashflow was a black box — nobody knew when money would arrive from corporate clients on 90-day payment terms, what was in the pipeline, or where a cash crunch might hit.

Working with the Chorizo Lab team as part of the #MyStongerFuture programme and the specially designed hackathon for our operations managers exceeded our expectations. It wasn't just about building a working app prototype — it was about developing the key competencies that will be essential in the future: adaptability, resilience, the ability to overcome obstacles, and above all, effective use of AI.

S Chorizo Lab jsme spolupracovali na výběru nástroje i následném návrhu a realizaci BI řešení pro finance v Airtable. Původně jsme pracovali s rozsáhlými excelovými tabulkami, které už byly dlouhodobě neudržitelné – data se upravovala ručně, vznikala chybovost, reporty nebyly automatizované a bylo složité rychle najít odpovědi na konkrétní finanční otázky. Chorizo Lab nám pomohli vyhodnotit vhodný nástroj Airtable, který je flexibilní, uživatelsky blízké Excelu a zároveň umožňuje pokročilé automatizace a přizpůsobení na míru. We worked with Chorizo Lab on tool selection and the subsequent design and implementation of a finance BI solution in Airtable. We had been using large Excel spreadsheets that had become unmanageable — data was updated manually, errors crept in, reports weren't automated, and it was hard to quickly answer specific financial questions. Chorizo Lab helped us evaluate Airtable as the right tool: flexible, familiar to Excel users, and capable of advanced automation and customisation.

Má na starosti projekty a marketing. Taky naučil Lukáše postavit jeho první automatizaci v Make. Studied mechatronics in Denmark, which is basically automation... Worked at Eaton, Roger, and DODO — and occasionally reminds everyone that he once needed a break from the office and did delivery runs for Košík. He handles projects and marketing. He also taught Lukáš how to build his first automation in Make.
