Vytvořili jsme automatizovaného agenta, který sám čte příchozí e-maily, rozpoznává klíčové údaje od desítek různých institucí a páruje je s interní databází v reálném čase. Pouze nejsložitější případy putují k lidskému týmu — zbytek systém zvládne sám. We built an automated agent that reads incoming emails on its own, recognises key data from dozens of different institutions, and matches it to the internal database in real time. Only the most complex cases go to the human team — the system handles everything else.
